The Badia family are master vinegar makers. Since 1908, five generations of Badia’s have dedicated their lives to the company and its craft.
Each wine that will be turned into a Castell de Gardeny vinegar is hand selected Agustí Badia and his daughters, Judit and Marta. This close relationship with local wine suppliers is what sets Badia above their competitors; as the vintages develop, they craftily adapt the vinegars to the new trends and changing demands of the market.
