Mama Liu's is a Sydney based small family business, specialising in a North-Western (Xinjiang) Chinese chilli oil.
"Our cultural background is Chinese Russian, so our food, our people and our culture is vastly different from the rest of Asia. Growing up Mama Liu was a single parent working tirelessly, but nevertheless we’d always have food on the table. From fresh hand pulled noodles to dumplings, food was a form of love from her to us. Nothing came store bought but prepared the traditional way. We believe food is a labour of love, our chilli oil is handmade and hand bottled in Sydney."
