Luke Powell opened the beloved LP's Quality Meats in Chippendale back in 2014 where he quickly became renowned for house-made smoked meats and smallgoods.

All of LP's smallgoods use Australian free range pork, fresh spices and garlic. They’re cooked in LP's Southern Pride smoker over whole logs of applewood and ironbark which gives them an inimitable smoke and flavour.

To get that perfect snap, LP suggests that all sausages in the range are cooked prior to consumption. In a pot of cold water, gently bring the sausages up to just below a simmer. Then, pop them in a pan or on the barbie to ensure they're heated through and deliciously plump.
