Balzanelli Smallgoods
Balzanelli Smallgoods is a family-owned company based in Canberra. The family started their smallgoods business in 1979 as a way of adding value to the pork produced on their farm. The family has deep traditions of making salami from their home town of Mantua, Italy and Marco Balzanelli even returned there to do further training as a young man. All of the pork is Australian and Sow-Stall-Free. All products are Gluten-Free.
